1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery time depends on your location:
- Within India: 3–7 business days
- International shipping (if applicable): 10–20 business days
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs delays, etc.).
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
- The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
4. Shipping Addresses
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
- Additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items.
- If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in tracking or replacing it.
7. International Shipping
- We currently ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at infosialkoti@gmail.com before placing your order.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (charged once a shipment reaches your country). All applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
