1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.
• To cancel your order, please email us at info@rupyaka.com with your order number and a clear request to cancel.
• If the order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the order.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

• Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
• You may still initiate a return after receiving your package in accordance with our return policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain items are not eligible for cancellation, including:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
