1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods (for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at infosialkoti@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at infosialkoti@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified time:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
